bill clinton did it. george bush. the idea is to take a deep dive into one's own policies and also look at your opponent's policies and make sure that you're deeply well read into all the the specifics. and so, nobody can be well versed in everything that you've done. i certainly don't remember what i did last year and i bet you don't either. every moment of it, so that's part of the goal. another part of it is to come up with those quote zingers or moments, as much they say they're thot doing...
